Everyone heals differently on a different timeline. While I cannot guarantee that your heart will heal completely in the timeframe that we work together, I do know that the information, tools, and prayers that you will receive from Flourish Grief Support will move you forward to a place in which you will experience more of God’s grace, mercy and love. You will grow during our time together and find healing in areas you can’t imagine.

The Flourish Grief Support Group is 8 weeks long. I also offer individual grief coaching sessions that are either supplemental to the support group or can continue as long as you need. There is also the option to purchase the course without going to a support group. (Although I think the support group is the most effective for growth and healing) You will experience the presence and the love of God and others during our time together. This is always a healing combination.

Yes, right now the program is only for women who have lost children aged 14 and up. I am hoping to add a men’s support group someday because I know that men are looking for help too, and there aren’t a lot of options out there for them.

While I would never turn a grieving mama away, the teaching and format of Flourish is distinctly Christian. We will pray and use Scripture as the authority on all subjects. I believe ultimate healing can only come from a relationship with Jesus and there is no substitute for His love and compassion.

Yes, of course. You are a whole person, and grief doesn’t just go away because we don’t talk about it. If you have experienced more losses than just your child's passing, these losses will be addressed at some point in our group. Additionally, we can deeply explore all your losses in individual coaching sessions. God wants to heal your whole being.
